The Sharjah International Book Fair (SIBF) will return for its 40th edition on November 3 and will run until November 13th! It is your gateway to a large group of people who share a passion for the written word. During this 11-day event, interact with thousands of readers and industry professionals from around the world!
Here’s all you can expect at the Sharjah International Book Fair 2021 that will be under the theme ‘There’s always a right book.’
You’ll be able to meet the literary stars!
Stars like the writers of the blockbuster Netflix series Money Heist (La Casa de Papel), Javier Gómez Santander and Diego Ávalos, will be there among many others to present and host workshops at the event!

Entertainment
Visitors can expect to see a variety of colorful and entertaining dances, music, and interactive theatre. There’s Rabbit Play–a story with twists and turns for the little ones.
Don’t miss the Interactive Illusion show, which combines fantasy, illusion, reality, and tech to bring book themes to life through graphics and animation. Then there’s Crazy Science School which inject fun and entertainment into science with explosive, bright, and funny experiments for even more goofy theatrical antics!
Live Delicious Cooking!
A total of 11 celebrity chefs, including restaurateurs, television hosts, and best-selling cookbook authors, will be on hand at the festival to share their knowledge and culinary skills through live cooking demonstrations. Kunal Kapur, Judy Joo, Sherson Lian, Lina Saad, and others are among the top names to look out for.

Fun & insightful workshops!
For children’s edutainment, there are over 40 fun and immersive workshops spanning photography, arts, science, and more, all driven by experts.
