What is padel?
Padel was invented in the late 1960s by Enrique Corcuera of Mexico. The sport has grown in popularity over the last fifteen years, and it is estimated that there are over ten million players worldwide. The racquet sport incorporates elements of squash and tennis. The game can be played in doubles both indoors and outdoors.
The padel ball is smaller in size, and players serve underhanded. A padel court, like a squash court, is surrounded by barriers, and players can hit balls that bounce back after hitting the walls. Because the scoring system is the same as in tennis, the sport is classified as a tennis discipline.
About Padel Arena
They’ve got 4 indoor courts, a cafe, a small gym, changing rooms/showers and a retail store that’ll give you the best experience you could ask for! They also give you free rackets to play with! Plus, you can train and learn how to play with some of the best coaches that’ll surely give you a good time. They’ve got days and times for both juniors and women!
