Surely with the weather getting slightly better every day and lots of new activities taking place throughout this month, Global Village is ready to bring extra fun to us as their 26th season comes our way, next week! So, scroll down to see what you need to know about this year’s Global Village.
10 New Attractions!
As if all those entertainment and activities from previous years coming back wasn’t enough, the organisers have announced the addition of ten new ones!
- Budapest-inspired ‘Margaret Bridge’ bridge that willl be connecting the India and Africa pavilions, located beside a coffee shop overlooking the lake.
- Dotto trains making it rounds to and back from the parking zones.
- Fiesta Street – more street food!
- Adventure zone of Peter Rabbit, offering various fun activities around the hit animated show.
- A new fountain at the avenue.
- A new sturucture near the Arabian Square which is gonna be a very instragrammable spot.
26 Global Pavilions to Visit
Global Village will have 26 pavilions participating including UAE, Egypt, Iran, Pakistan, India, Thailand and more!
Entry Ticket Fee
- The ticket cost will be Dh 20 to visitors purchasing it at the gate.
- Children under three, people with determination and senior citizens will have access to free entry.
- One visitor accompanying people of determination to the event will have free access
Unfortunately, if you’re looking for VIP packages, they’ve already sold out.
Timings
Global Village Dubai will be open from Saturday to Wednesday from 4 pm up until 12 am.
On weekends, Thursday and Friday you can visit from 4 pm to 1 am.
Family & Ladies Day
This day will be reserved exclusively for family and ladies and that will be on Mondays.
However, this does not apply if any public holiday falls on a Monday.
Don’t worry if you can’t make it to the opening ceremony on October 26th, Global Village will stay until April 10th, 2022 for 167 days!
