A woman’s dream come true
Imagine having a whole place for just girls, a place where you do not need to cover and can perform any activity you want. Well, that place exists! It’s called Sharjah Ladies Club, and it’s a club just for women. It was established in 1982 and is a huge club full of things to do! They have activities for all ages and for all women! The only male that are allowed are boys under the age of 10. So it is a perfect place for many women to freely be themselves without the need for covering. It is especially a place for many Muslim women to go to as usually they have to wear hijab ( head covering) or abaya ( body covering) outside. But in this place, they can remove it!
Sharjah ladies club is a place for entertainment, health, education and many more! This club is one of the organizations under her Highness Sheikha Jawaher bint Mohammed AlQasimi, wife of his Highness, the Ruler of Sharjah and Chairperson of Sharjah Ladies Club.
