Finally!
A new escape room just opened up by Emiratis in Sharjah, Maliha Road, called Beebaan! If you aren’t sure what an escape room is, don’t worry we got you. As escape room is basically when there’s a team of people that are in a locked room and have to solve certain clues and puzzles in order to get out. Plus, you can choose the different themes you want to play in, for example, robbery, murder, etc. It’s super fun and a great activity to do with family and friends!
Beeban is a company that will provide escape room games for you! They decided to call it “Beeban” because it is the plural of “Bab” which means door in Arabic. So they used this name to symbolize how behind every door there is a story and an adventure for you to take part in.
Their games are designed to last for only 60 minutes and you can complete them by concentrating and solving puzzles. And don’t worry, if at anytime you want to leave the room, you can simply by pressing a button.
Currently they only have one room available, which is called “The Captain’s Pendant.” Here, you need to be able to find and capture an amulet from the captain without getting caught. It is definitely a thrilling and exciting game for anyone to play!
Remember, in order to play, you should be in a group of 2-5 people. For 2 people it’s 189 AED , for 3, it’s 169 AED, for 4, it’s 139 AED, and for 5, it’s 119 AED per person.
To play:
- Gather your team of 2-5 people
- Book your room online or at the place
- Make sure to arrive 10 minutes in advance
- Start your adventure!
At the end, you could take a group picture with your team and if you broke the record, you could be on the hall of fame!
