Omg finally!!
This is truly one of the best news we’ve heard in the past few days! Traveling to UK was quite restricted but now they’re allowing passengers from UAE back into their country as long as they have the approved UAE vaccine certificates.
Many people have excitedly been waiting for this news as they’ve been eagerly trying to fly into the UK, however now the time has finally come!
The UK transport secretary has confirmed that UAE vaccination certificates will be accepted beginning October 4, Monday.
🚨 | NEW ✈️We will be accepting UAE vaccination certificates from 4th Oct following updates to their vaccination app 🇦🇪. As a major transport hub which is home to many British expats, this is great news for reopening international travel, boosting business & reuniting families 🏡

And to just add some icing to this good news, Emirates and Etihad Airways are operating hundreds of flights per month between the UAE and the United Kingdom to celebrate this great announcement!
However, it is currently unknown which exact vaccines will be accepted. There are 5 vaccines that are offered here in the UAE which are Pfizer-BioNTech, Moderna, AstraZeneca, Sputnik, and Sinopharm. But no one is sure yet whether these vaccines will be accepted in the UK 🙁
We are yet to find out! But until then, let’s celebrate this exciting news as now everyone who weren’t able to travel for their university, work, or even just visiting family can finally do so as long as they are fully vaccinated!
