Wholesome: This Place in Sharjah is Helping Children From Conflict Zones Enrol in Schools!

Our hearts! 🙁

Lots of children unfortunately flee their countries to avoid the tragedies that are occurring there in order for them to have a better and safer environment. So, the Big Heart Education Centre is helping these children enrol in schools by helping them with courses for their applications.

This centre in UAE is helping children from conflict zones enrol in school | Education – Gulf News

The Big Heart Foundation, a Sharjah-based global humanitarian organization that helps refugees and people in need all over the world, is providing courses for 492 underprivileged students from a diverse range of nationalities in the UAE through its first UAE-based project, The Big Heart Educational Centre.

The center’s beneficiaries are divided into two age groups ranging from 10 to 26 years old. The first group consists of children and adults who were forced to drop out of school at a young age and flee their conflict-torn countries with their families in search of peace. They benefit from remedial courses and learning support at the center, where the curriculum is designed to ensure admission in appropriate grades in UAE schools.

The second category is for people over the age of 18 who have either completed high school but lack the financial resources to attend college, or who do not have a school education and need training to enter the labor market. They come to the center to receive vocational training and to be equipped with the necessary skillsets for the job market.

It is an amazing initiative done to help these young children and adults make a better & happier lives for themselves. We hope their dreams come true!

Spread love all around <3
