A first of a kind blood test that detects breast cancer in its early stages has now become a available! It was introduced in India on Wednesday by Datar Cancer Genetics, a private company that has partnered with the Apollo group of hospitals.
According to reports, blood tests can aid in the early detection of breast cancer in people over the age of 40. This is a novel diagnostic technique that has been adopted by 15 countries, including several European countries. This blood test has a 99.9% accuracy rate, according to the expert team.
It has also been approved by the WHO and the FDA.
The EasyCheck Breast test will cost Rs6,000 (AED281.63). It is marketed as an annual test for healthy women over the age of 40 who may not be experiencing any symptoms.
