The Sharjah Private Education Authority (SPEA) has announced that on Sunday, October 31, private schools across the emirate will gradually resume full-time face-to-face learning.

Individuals with documented health issues are exempt from the decision.

The official urged school administrations and parents to work together to ensure the safe and complete return of direct learning. He emphasized that significant efforts were made by relevant authorities to mitigate the effects of the pandemic. The safety protocols in place, as well as the recent decrease in cases, have played a significant role in the return to full in-person learning.

To help achieve its strategic goals of enhancing competencies and boosting pupils’ awareness and knowledge, the SPEA has also helped spread awareness about the pandemic and rolled out workshops and training courses focusing on the distance learning model and the authority’s guide for re-opening schools.
