For visit visas:

Passengers from any country who wanted to visit the UAE could apply for a visit visa starting August 30, as long as they were fully vaccinated with a WHO-approved shot.

AstraZeneca, Covishield, Johnson & Johnson, Moderna, Pfizer-BioNTech, Sinopharm, and Sinovac vaccines are among those approved.

Dubai, which establishes its own immigration and coronavirus policies, does not require residents to be vaccinated before returning. They must, however, first obtain permission from the Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship (ICA) or the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs before traveling.
