Ever find it hard to look for good parking spots at the mall – especially in Dubai? Well, things are soon about to change! You might soon be able to book your parking spots at a mall in advance!
Majid Al Futtaim is testing out a new system that will allow you to reserve a parking spot online before arriving at the mall. (They own and run a lot of the major shopping malls in Dubai!)
They are currently first testing this system at the Mall of the Emirates to see how it works out and then will continue to test it on other malls.
How this works is that you would download the Mall of the Emirates app and enter your vehicle’s license plate in the parking pre-booking section. Your arrival time and parking space will then be reserved in a specific zone.
This will also be free of charge!
