News: UAE Government to Grant High School Toppers With ‘Golden Residency’ Visa

What a great initiative

The UAE government announced their decision to grant ‘Golden Residency’, a 10-year residency visa, to outstanding high school students along with their families! This step was taken to appreciate the efforts put into their education by the students and their families helping them to achieve it, and it is to also build up an encouraging environment for the students.

The criteria of the ‘Golden Residency’ visa is that the student must have an average rate of at least 95% on their private or public high school certificate. Also, if you have already graduated high school and are now studying in university, abroad or local, you can also apply for the visa as long as you have a GPA of or more than 3.75 or equal to specific scientific disciplines.

Applications for the Golden Residency visa can be submitted through the Emirates Schools Establishment.
