The new rules imply that fans without tickets can visit Qatar after the FIFA World Cup 2022 Group Stage has been passed which will be from the 2nd of December! However you still will need to apply for the Hayya card which is a pre-approved digital visa linked to a passport and provides free public transportation throughout the country.
The new rules allow fans who do not have tickets to enjoy all of the football fever of the knockout stages!
Enjoy!
