Sharjah City Municipality (SCM) has launched a rental map for the city of Sharjah on its website, which is accessible to all real estate stakeholders — landlords, investors, and tenants!
The rental map, according to Hamed Al Qayed, Director of the Rental Regulation Department, is an engaging platform available on the municipality’s website, allowing customers to obtain the necessary info and assisting them in arriving at the appropriate decision while searching for a property rent — in terms of geographical location, average rental value, and other specifications.
Al Qayed stated that the map was simple to use. Customers only need to visit the municipality’s website and then follow a few easy steps, such as selecting the option of the municipality’s electronic and smart services, selecting the services of the Rental Regulation Department, and then selecting the rental indicators service.
The customer can then inquire about the area in which he or she is searching for a rental apartment by using multiple search criteria, such as contract type, region, and rental value. The results will then be displayed based on the information you entered. It simplifies a customer’s search for a specific area and provides a clear picture of the average rental price in that area!
