These GCC Airlines Are Offering Special Match-Day Flights for FIFA World Cup Ticket Holders

Six months to go!

The FIFA World Cup is not too far away and airlines have started announcing special shuttle services for those travelling to Qatar for the tournament.

Five Middle Eastern airlines including Qatar Airways, flydubai, Saudis, Kuwait Airways and Oman Air are working together by offering special shuttle flights to Doha during the World Cup 2022 season – So they are able to reduce frictions for the ticket holders travelling to Qatar for the tournament.

These flights will only be available for FIFA ticket holders, allowing them to fly to Qatar, watch a match and leave on the same day.

The CEOs of Qatar Airways, Saudia, Kuwait Airways, Oman Air, and flydubai were all present during the announcement of coming together to showcase to the world the warm hospitality of hosting the first-ever world cup in the Middle East and Arab world. The shuttle services will be scheduled up to five hours before the match, leaving plenty of time to travel back home from Doha.

The FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 tickets go on sale again on Thursday, May 26th. The final three matches will be the ones that will go on sale.
