UAE Fuel Prices Drops Up To 60 Fils Per Litre for The Month of August

After several months of UAE fuel prices being on the rise, it has finally been cut down by up to 62 fils per litre for August 2022.

According to the Emirates General Petroleum Corporation’s (Emarat) announcement on Twitter, the following will be the fuel prices starting August 1st:

  • Super 98 petrol will cost Dh 4.03 a litre, instead of Dh 4.63 in July.
  • Special 95 petrol will cost Dh 3.92 per litre, instead of Dh 4.52 in July.
  • E-Plus 91 petrol will be Dh3.84 per litre, instead of Dh4.44 in July.
  • Diesel will be charged at Dh 4.14 a litre, instead of Dh 4.76 in July.

The decrease in fuel prices is in line with global crude oil prices and follows two consecutive months of price hikes in the UAE.
