Meet Nayla Albaloushi, the First Emirati Woman to Climb Mount Everest

So proud!!!

Nayla Nasir Albaloushi made history by becoming the first Emirati woman to scale the world’s tallest mountain, Mount Everest, on May 14.

Just before this, Albaloushi had skillfully scaled smaller peaks such as Turkey’s Mount Ararat, which rises 5,140 meters above sea level, and Mountain Everest, which rises 8,848 meters above sea level.

She expressed how good she felt about this climb and hopes to inspire other Emirati women to do the same, to reach for the highest and never listen to anyone who says you cant.

Nayla Albaloushi was inspired by her husband, Saeed Al Memari, who was the first Emirati man to climb Mount Everest and has climbed it twice already! This makes them the first Arab couple to climb the Mount Everest!

Their adventure together isn’t over yet, they aim to climb more mountains and beat more records in different countries around the world!

This is your sign to believe in yourself and go do that one thing you felt like you couldn’t achieve!

Huge congratulations from localshj!
