Are you a fan of astronomy or like stargazing as a hobby? The Mleiha Archaeological Centre in Sharjah, a major tourism and leisure attraction, has created a one-of-a-kind “mobile stargazing experience” for groups of up to 20 people!
Mleiha’s new “Mobile Stargazing Experience” will include an HD telescope and expert guidance, to the guest’s preferred location.
The on-the-go activity will be a real pleasure for astronomy fans who want to see the beauty of the night sky from their own comfort zone. The stargazing experience also combines entertainment and education, making it an unforgettable scientific lesson for the kids!
You can book this experience as a private session, a group session or even as an addition to a special occasion! However, before you book, you need to send the location of where you want to stargaze in advance in order to make sure it is a suitable place. The location must also be accessible by 4×4 and there should be a flat space so a telescope can be placed there easily.
You can only have up to 20 guests maximum in a session and it will only go on for 2 hours max after sunset.
There also still will be high safety protocols implemented for the protection of guests, such as social distancing and wearing of masks.
