Who’s ready to welcome 2023? We know we are! Watch the fireworks at 4 different locations this NYE in Sharjah! The events will be held on the 31st of December, so here’s a list of spots where you can watch the NYE fireworks in Sharjah!
1. Al Majaz Waterfront
To commemorate its 10-year anniversary and to count down to the New Year, Al Majaz Waterfront will light up the Khalid Lagoon skyscapes with 8-minute spectacular fireworks.
From 7.45pm onwards, a special flyboard show and musical shows will entertain audiences.
2. Khorfakkan Beach
From 7.45pm onwards, Khorfakkan beach will celebrate New Year’s Eve with a countdown, filling the sky with dazzling colors, and captivating amusement ranging from LED, fire, and bubble shows for kids and families.
3. Al Noor Island
On December 31, from 9 p.m. to midnight, a special New Year’s Eve dining experience is offered in the peaceful ambience of Al Noor Island.
4. Mleiha Archeological Centre
Mleiha’s New Year’s Eve celebration will be jam-packed with live performances, including the traditional Tanoura Dance, Fire Dance, and Oud performance. Visitors can also start exploring the planets and stars with the help of experienced guides at the campsite’s stargazing booth.
After a tasty buffet dinner and shows, guests will be able to spend the night in Mleiha’s magical deserts in specially set up camps with bonfires. The journey will start at 6.30 p.m. on December 31 with a free self-guided museum tour and will conclude at 8 a.m. the next morning with breakfast.
