Souq Al Arsah is probably the UAE’s oldest market place, and it was once a meeting place for Bedouins and their camels. You can walk through the market’s air-conditioned alleyways, which feature solid wooden doors, beautiful coral brick walls, and hanging lanterns!

Souq Al Arsah

Numerous quaint shops sell local, new, and antique handicrafts, wooden articles, Arabic bridal and pearl chests, copper coffee pots, ethnic and handmade jewelry, perfume bottles and incense, hand-woven garments, palm-leaf baskets, medicinal herbs, carpets, shawls, and novelties is all you will find in the souq! For the traditional oud scent, you can also buy perfume bottles and incense.

This souk has to be high on the list of places to visit in Sharjah for heritage enthusiasts.
