Football fans have been given a green light to book the remaining World Cup Qatar 2022 tickets that are now going on sale on a first-come, first-served basis.
FIFA launched a new phase of tickets to give fans another chance to get their tickets after a few intense rounds of the Random Selection Draw phase, leaving thousands of fans around the world devastated when they missed out on the opportunity.
Four ticket categories for the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 have been designed (Category 1, Category 2, Category 3 and Category 4), with Category 1 seats being the highest priced and located in prime areas within the stadium; Whereas Category 4 is reserved exclusively for residents of Qatar.
Applying for the World Cup Qatar 2022 tickets:
All you have to do is go onto the official FIFA website – Immediately confirm your purchase after selecting the tickets and completing the payment process.
When you book your accommodation, go ahead and apply for a Hayya Card, a type of Fan ID required for international fans to enter Qatar and access the stadiums.
An approved Hayya application will also offer ticket holders free public transport on matchdays, along with a host of other benefits – To apply for Hayya and accommodation booking, visit qatar2022.qa or download the Hayya to Qatar 2022 app (available on both, iOS and Android).
The World Cup will be the first edition of the competition to be staged in the Arab world and the Middle East and will take place between Nov. 21 and Dec. 18. The final will be played at the 80,000-seater Lusail Stadium.
