The World Cup Hayya card will be required for entry into Qatar beginning November 1, according to the tournament’s organizing committee.
Visitors who are not attending Fifa World Cup matches will be barred from entering until December 23.
All air, land, and sea borders into Qatar are restricted.
Football fans with World Cup tickets must also apply for a Hayya fan ID entry permit, which is a pre-approved digital visa linked to a passport and provides free public transportation throughout the country.
The Hayya card entitles you to enter Qatar until January 23, 2023.
Qatari citizens, residents, and GCC citizens with a Qatari ID card, holders of work entry permits, personal visas, and approved humanitarian cases are exempt from the restrictions beginning in November.
So if you were planning on visiting Qatar between November to end of December, make sure you know about these rules!
