It’s almost here! The opening of Sharjah Film Platform 4 is taking place this Friday, November 9th. This film festival will feature 50 short and feature-length films in the three different genres – narrative, documentary and experimental.
Don’t worry, there’s so much more for you to enjoy! SFP4 will also include award-winning filmmakers to lead a public programme of talks and masterclasses along with the SFP Industry Hub, which is an industry-focused professional programme that supports the production and distribution of films.

What was known as a marketplace for traders from Persia, India and Bedouin tribes is completely transformed into an air-conditioned souq selling everything from pearl chests, copper coffee pots to abayas, jewellery, perfumes/ oud and more! And yes, they also have a cafe and a popular halwa shop for you to enjoy some traditional Arabic delicacies.

If you’re looking for some adrenaline-pumping action, then this is the place to go! Sahara Amusement karting track is one of the best in the region as well as the first official Kart-Racing track in Sharjah and they are also registered with SWS Karts!

This is so thoughtful! The Department of Social Services is launching the 3rd Generations Festival, which will promote intergenerational integration through community, awareness, entertainment, and educational programs 😍👏🏼 There will also be many games for both the kids and adults to play in!
