Mleiha Café
One of your first stops should be Mlieha Archaeological Centre’s very special discovery – Mleiha Café! Take a coffee break or grab a bite at the history-inspired lounge overlooking the mesmerizing view of Fossil Rock Mountain, before you head out and continue exploring everything Mleiha has to offer.
The café is open every day:
- Sunday – Wednesday from 9AM to 7PM
- Thursday – Saturday from 9AM to 9PM
Sunset Lounge
There’s nothing like having a laid back evening with your favourite people around you and Sunset Lounge gives you all the facilities to ensure you have the best time possible! The traditional Arabian style lounge is set up in the deserts of Mleiha where a variety of refreshments will be available on spot.
An expert will also be present to guide you and your guests through the stargazing experience with the help of a telescope.
We all know this wouldn’t be complete if there is no food involved hence why a specially prepared BBQ dinner of your selection from the menu will be served!

Overnight Camp
Take this sign as your chance to spend a night under the magical stars of Mleiha’s skies. Discover Mleiha’s overnight camping will give you an authentic desert experience as you wake up for a sunrise drive and take a walk around the beautiful site of the Fossil Rock.
Campers can choose to bring their own food to grill or have a specially prepared BBQ dinners served right to them!
Yoga
Yoga is an amazing way to give both, your body and mind some rest; This experience will definitely serve you that as you escape the city stress to get the break you deserve!
Along with the yoga package, you will also be able to explore the night sky with guided stargazing, bonfire meditation, a beautiful drive during sunrise, and dinner + breakfast served to you!
Stargazing
Take this experience as an opportunity to appreciate all the magical features this universe has to offer us as the amazing experienced guides on site will help you spot and learn more about the planets and stars.
Horse Riding
There are all kinds of horseriding options for visitors to explore including for those who might be doing this for the first time!
- First Time Riders
This is a good option for those who haven’t ridden a horse before or aren’t comfortable with riding one yet. The expert guides will be leading you through the incredible views of Fossil Rock and Faya mountain and into the outback of Mleiha. Horseriding is not the end, visitors will also get to stop at the gazebo on sip on some Karak!
The same option is available for intermediate and experienced riders too.
- Arena Ride
If you would prefer to ride in a more enclosed area then the arena with Fossil Rock and Faya mountain peaking in the background would be a perfect choice.
- Pony Ride
We can’t forget the little ones! Ponies are available on site for children to take a ride on around the arena.

Archaeological Tour
There is no doubt on the fact there is so much history involving Mleiha and the Archaeological Centre has ever so carefully preserved these discoveries for us to learn and uncover the past. The Archaeological tour will give the visitors an opportunity to trek through Mleiha’s ancient Stone Age caves, Faya Cave and the Bronze age tombs and while you’re there, head over to Mleiha Fort to explore the Pre-Islamic era and how the community lived back in the days.

ArchaeoMOG
This UNIMOG is enough to convince us to get on the tour! An ArchaeoMOG tour will be taking you through all the special various locations of Mleiha as you start the tour off by exploring the Archaeological museum, walking through the gazelle enclosure of Mleiha Stable and then finally getting on the UNIMOG as it takes the visitors on a cool ride towards the Valley of Caves for a short & nice trekking experience.
There will be refreshments available at the end!

Dune Buggy Landscape Tour
This is by far the most adrenaline-pumping adventure as you’re able to ride this on your own! The self-driven buggy adventure will give you a chance to ride through the bumpy dunescapes and landscapes of Mlieha as the riders pass by the Fossil Rocka and Camel Rock!
It will be led by an experienced marshal as they lead the path and the visitors will undergo a briefing to ensure all instructions are known.
