Diera is one of Dubai’s historic locations and is now part of Dubai’s next megaproject ‘The Deira Enrichment Project’, which involves renovating the area while still preserving its cultural characteristics.
This development of One Deira will include a shopping mall located on top of a metro station, office buildings and a 131 room hotel. They will further be adding an RTA Bus Terminal, taxi ranks and an additional 158 parking spots in one central location to have easy access to all of the Roads and Transport Authority services, making our lives smoother!
One Deira is actually a part of the larger Deira Enrichment Project that includes waterfront residences, shops and restaurants overlooking Dubai Creek, and the developers of this project, Ithra Dubai announced that One Deira has indeed been completed and a decision of its opening will be made public soon
Deira sure is getting lit up!
