Hana Al Nabulsi, at the age of 24 has become the youngest Emirati to complete a 113km triathlon race in Mexico!
If you don’t know, a triathlon race is similar to a marathon however it comprises of three different sports, swimming, cycling and running. The usual total distance of an Ironman Triathlon is 113km.
Something we definitely can’t wrap our heads around is the fact it all lasted for 7 hours and 9 mins! but Al Nabulsi showed an incredible amount of strength and resilience when she swam at a whopping distance of 1.9km , cycled for 90km and ran for 21.1km!
Such an honour to see our incredible Emirati women making our nation proud and defeating every obstacle to do so!
