Saturday: stories, play and a keepsake
On 21 November, from 4pm to 6pm, the programme includes theatre, arts and crafts, sensory play and interactive storytelling.
Families can also illustrate a favourite shared memory to take home. A take-home activity card deck offers more ideas for playing and creating together. It gives parents and children something to continue after the afternoon ends.
Sunday: a talk about books and feelings
The 22 November programme runs from 4pm to 6.30pm and features a talk on bibliotherapy, exploring how books and stories can help parents support children’s emotional wellbeing.
